Trace Isys is part of the Trace Group, which employs around 200 people in the UK. We are an employee-owned company, wholly based in-house in London, dedicated to recruiting, retaining and developing highly skilled and motivated individuals.

Simon was appointed CEO of Trace Isys in June 2017, having worked for the company for 17 years, initially, as an analyst programmer, then as business analyst, and finally as a Director focused on business analysis, quality assurance and account management.
Prior to joining Trace, Simon worked for a number of software houses in the Life Assurance, Medical Insurance and Retail sectors.
Simon is dedicated to delivering competitive advantage to Trace’s clients, worldwide, by delivering solutions that drive operational efficiency, compliance and growth.
Julian joined Trace in 1986 and has since been involved in every aspect of the design, development, implementation and support of our insurance products.
He is currently Development Director and manages the development & implementation of OpenTWINS.
Garreth joined Trace in 1988, initially working as a developer, before moving on to lead a team providing a range of database and technical support services for Trace's insurance products. Alongside those responsibilities Garreth has continued to be involved in new product initiatives, playing a prominent role in the design and introduction of Trace's ACORD messaging technology.
Helen joined Trace in 2002, working initially as a software trainer and then as an account manager, before taking over responsibility for Sales & Marketing. Helen was appointed as a Director in June 2016.
Mark initially joined Trace in 1995 as part of his degree in Software Engineering, rejoining the company after graduating in 1997. After working as a software developer, Mark led the development and messaging teams for a number of years.
He became Director of new product development in 2016 and is responsible for maintaining Trace’s leading position as a provider of Electronic Messaging solutions.

Compliance and Data Protection Officer
David joined Trace in 1997, working initially as a Help Desk Analyst before taking full responsibility as the Service Desk Manager. He was appointed as our Compliance and Data Protection Officer in October 2018.
Prior to joining Trace, David spent 10 years working for a Reinsurance Broker.
